Our Return Policy
We want you to love your BYRD GANG apparel. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery date
- Unworn and unwashed with no signs of wear
- Original tags still attached
- In original packaging (when applicable)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items worn, washed, or with tags removed
- Final sale or clearance items (marked as such at time of purchase)
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized items
How to Start a Return
Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at support@byrdgang.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
We'll email you a return authorization and shipping instructions within 1 business day.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Pack items securely in their original packaging and ship to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We're happy to exchange your item. Email us atsupport@byrdgang.comwith your order number and desired exchange. We'll send you the new item right away and provide return instructions for the original.
Return Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the reason for return:
- Defective or Wrong Item: We'll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
- Size/Fit Issues: We'll provide a prepaid return label (shipping fee may be deducted from refund)
- Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Damaged or Defective Items
We inspect all items before shipping, but if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@byrdgang.com with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away.
