Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends will be processed the next business day. You'll receive an email confirmation when your order ships with tracking information.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with:
- Tracking number
- Carrier information (USPS, UPS, or FedEx)
- Link to track your package
- Estimated delivery date
You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to:
- United States: All 50 states (including Alaska and Hawaii)
- U.S. Territories: Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands (additional shipping time may apply)
We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. International shipping coming soon!
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@byrdgang.com. Address changes can only be made before the order ships.
Delivery Issues
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and household members. Contact us within 7 days if still missing.
Delayed Shipments
Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high volume periods. We'll work with the carrier to resolve any delays.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please save the packaging and contact us immediately atsupport@byrdgang.comwith photos. We'll send a replacement right away.
Order Cancellation
Need to cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible atsupport@byrdgang.com. We can cancel orders that haven't shipped yet. Once shipped, you'll need to follow ourreturn process.
Holidays & Peak Seasons
During holidays and peak golf season, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. We recommend ordering early to ensure delivery by your desired date. Check our website for holiday shipping deadlines.
